Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, using a provided script to gather key information.
- Input and manage data accurately in the CRM system, ensuring all lead details are well-documented.
- Collaborate with the sales team by transferring qualified leads for further engagement.
- Follow up with prospects as needed to maintain interest and engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous telephone or customer service experience is required; experience in lead generation or insurance is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to document information accurately and follow processes consistently.
- Goal-Oriented: A self-motivated approach with a focus on meeting or exceeding call and lead qualification targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software.
