- Support Line Operations: Act as an extension of clients’ customer service teams, managing inquiries professionally and adhering to company and client guidelines.

- Document Interactions: Maintain detailed, accurate records of calls and interactions, ensuring all information is properly logged into CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a call centre environment preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and clear under pressure.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to handle customer inquiries effectively, with a focus on finding resolutions and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and familiar with call centre systems.
- Flexibility: Availability to work during peak hours, evenings, weekends, or as needed to support overflow and after-hours calls.
