Job Overview
As an Experienced Telesales Agent, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to businesses that utilize packaging as part of their operations. Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients, engage with their development teams, and discuss their packaging needs. You will be responsible for arranging callbacks and transferring qualified leads to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses in the packaging industry, targeting decision-makers and development personnel.
- Discuss clients’ packaging needs and identify opportunities for our services.
- Qualify leads and arrange callbacks by transferring potential clients to the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to sales closure.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to improve our service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or telesales, preferably in the packaging sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Familiarity with booking appointment and transferring calls to sales teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being part of a team.
