We are looking for an appointment setter for a leading property renovation client based in London. Their team is dedicated to transforming homes and enhancing living spaces and are dedicated on delivering high-quality renovations and exceptional customer service. They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to follow up on leads from social media campaigns and set appointments from face to face surveys on Calendly.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to warm leads generated from social media campaigns and marketing efforts.
– Engage with potential clients via phone to understand their renovation needs.
– Schedule appointments for our sales team to conduct consultations with prospective clients.
– Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments on database or spreadsheet.
– Follow up with leads to ensure they are nurtured throughout the sales funnel.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience in a sales or appointment-setting role is preferred but not required.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and engaging demeanour.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead follow-up.
– Familiarity with Microsoft excel and database management.
This is a part time position to start, with approximately 20 hours a week, 4 hours a day. The hours are flexible. Once the team are satisfied with results, the campaign will be increased, leading to increased hours and bonus.
