As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses and engaging with key decision-makers involved in their recruitment processes. Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with these contacts, understanding their hiring needs, and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and culture.
– Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
– Conduct thorough candidate assessments to match skills and experience with job requirements.
– Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role.
– Strong understanding of the recruitment process and techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
– Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
– A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging candidates.
