Job Overview

Are you a motivated individual with a natural ability for connecting with business owners, hiring managers or decision makers? We are seeking Lead Generators and Appointment Setters to support our diverse clients across various sectors, including insurance, finance, recruitment, and digital marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments to support our clients. If you are persuasive, and enjoy setting the stage for sales success, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate Leads: Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify new leads based on clients’ target criteria.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Secure appointments with qualified prospects for client sales teams, managing scheduling to maximize efficiency and ensure seamless hand-offs.
  • Engage and Build Rapport: Create a positive first impression, engage with prospects effectively, and build rapport to ensure high-quality lead generation.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document lead interactions, outcomes, and follow-up actions on spreadsheet and/or CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy for the sales team.
  • Follow-Up: Execute follow-up calls and nurture leads, keeping prospects engaged until they are ready to book an appointment or move to the next stage.
  • Meet Targets: Work towards meeting or exceeding individual lead generation and appointment-setting targets, contributing to overall team success.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience: Ideal candidates should have experience in lead generation, appointment setting or telesales.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information persuasively and professionally.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and appointments, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Goal-Oriented: A driven, self-motivated approach with a focus on meeting targets and improving conversion rates.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, Microsoft Excel and data entry. Experience with any CRM systems or management software is a bonus.
