Requirements
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services in customer support, lead generation, and telemarketing.
- Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities through effective communication.
- Schedule appointments and set follow-up calls to move prospects along the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, ensuring data integrity in our CRM system.
- Achieve or exceed individual sales targets, while contributing to team success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar outbound sales role.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
